Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your mug.
Make sure it’s in its original condition (no chips or cracks, please!).
Just package it up, pop it back in the mail, and you’re good to go.
Refunds
Once we get your returned mug, we usually process your refund within 7 days.
The refund goes straight back to the payment method you used—easy peasy.
You’ll get a confirmation email so you know it’s all set.
Exchanges
Looking to swap your mug for another? Totally! Just return the original and place a new order. We promise it’s as fun as picking a new favorite.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your mug arrives damaged or it’s not the one you ordered, reach out to us ASAP. We’ll fix it—whether that’s a replacement, a refund, or both.
