Order Processing

Once you place your order, we usually start packing it within 24 hours (sometimes sooner if we’re in a mug-packing groove!). We give each mug a little extra love—checking for chips, cracks, and making sure it’s wrapped up snug and safe. Orders placed before 10pm EST are usually processed the same day.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – Free: 3–7 business days. Perfect if you’re chill and not in a mad rush, just enjoying the anticipation of your new mug arriving.

Expedited Shipping – $7.99: 1–3 business days. When you can’t wait to sip in style—this one’s for you.

Tracking Your Order
