By browsing or ordering from mugandmood.store, you agree to play nice. All content—images, descriptions, and designs—are ours (or used with permission). Please don’t copy or reuse without permission, and always respect our little mug corner of the internet.

2. Placing Orders

When you place an order, you pledge to pay for your purchases.  We guarantee that your order will be processed correctly and your mugs will be shipped safely.  We may need to cancel or update an order owing to stock issues; if this occurs, we will notify you right away.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Occasionally, items may sell out or prices might update. If something changes after you order, we’ll let you know ASAP.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States with renowned carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx).   Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you choose—standard or expedited.   For additional details, please see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to adore your mugs!  If anything isn't right, please review our Return & Refund Policy.  It covers damaged things, incorrect orders, and the right to return items within 30 days.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. See our Payment Information page for more.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mug and Mood isn’t liable for minor delays, weather hiccups, or other things out of our control. We do our best to get your mugs to you safely, fast, and cheer-ready!
